Russian Creme

This delicious dessert is for adults only.

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 60 g sugar
• 2.5 dl of whipped cream
• 2 Soup spoons Rhum

Instructions

1. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar
2. Add the Rhum
3. Add delicately the whipped cream.

Tips

• Optional tip or variation: remove Rhum if kids or pregnent women
